Waiting two months for a driver
I bought a fc 8000 almost one year ago.in the middle of a grow the driver stopped working. Considering I spent $850 I hoped to get a couple years out of it. After a little back and forth with warranty dep. They are supposed to be sending a new one. That was two months ago!. I had to buy a new light to finish my grow (not mars hydro). If I want a new light I can get it in a couple days but have to wait months for a driver? This is greed. Just selling lights and not backing them with timely warranty service. Updete- finally got the driver after over two months. Arrived bent and broken. Poor job packing, one layer of small bubble wrap and rolled in a piece of cardboard. Needless to say it did not work. They are supposed to send me another one but no estimate when. Same lame generic response from mars
