‼️ Buy package protection‼️
My package got lost and if I hadn’t bought package protection, I’d be out $100 with no dress. Ordered on 3/13 for my baby’s first birthday party, which was on 4/6, didn’t get a dress til 4/16. Plan accordingly. Customer service was a 6/10 experience. It took them 4 days to confirm they would be sending me a new dress from when I followed the link to make a claim. In terms of the dress itself, I’m 5’8” and the dress is STILL way too long. So not only did I not get to wear it for the occasion I bought it for, it doesn’t fit right and will need to be hemmed if I ever plan to wear it in the future. At least it looks like the photo online.
