Kind, fast and accomodating
My order was shipped very fast! I've ordered the same pen twice, by mistake, and i called Appelboom and they were very kind and accomodating, and agreed to exchange one od the pens with another one i wanted (same price). Thank you veey much! I also appreciate the good prices and variety of brands (Van Dieman's and Troublemaker are here, please also bring Vinta!)
