Purchased Ticket DPS to KUL proved to be invalid
I used the service to get a ticket to extend a visa in Bali. I paid and got confirmation. I forwarded the ticket to my friends who were already waiting at immigration to show their ticket. Immigration checked and found that the ticket is not valid. I checked myself und MyBookings of Airmalaysia and entered the PNR Code and last name correctly (copy paste several times). it always said "Your booking could not be retrieved due to no valid e-tickets." I feel scammed. Didn't work for me.
