Easybook, irresponsible booking platform
Irresponsible booking platform. Bus booking payment made via EasyBook. Easybook didn't issue order summary despite waited for an hour. As there was only last seat available, customer has to make another booking and payment and received order summary for the second purchase. Didn't receive first order summary even the next day. Requested for refund but EasyBook refused refund, claiming that bus company does not allow refund.
