Following on from my last review, I eventually got the top, although it was a little big for the size I ordered it was good. I tested again by buying a iPhone case which I received without issue. So credit where credit is due, I will continue to do business with miniInthebox
There seem to be mixed reviews but my is very bad. I ordered a tshirt and paid by PayPal as a tester for the site. The money left my account but the purchase does not show on the app. So I tried chasing them, but I can’t find any way to do this on the app or by email. Interesting that there seems to be some responses from them that I have read below. So I currently feel like I have been swindled. So this is a chance for miniIntheBox to correct this. Hopefully it’s just bad customer service. But I going to continue writing these types of feedback until I get a response. I have an email address for you from PayPal but it just refers me back to the app. It all seems like a waste of time! —————————————— June 28 Thank you for getting back to me. Yes I have tried the support button which referenced PayPal, then tried to contact you via the email from PayPal and I ended back up at the support function which is just a list of suggestions. The issue apparently is I have no order number. In fairness, your products look great that’s why I tested with the first order, and still am looking forward to receiving it, and now given I have a response, I trust I will. It seems that maybe you should review your approach to customer service. Anyway, please let me know what info you need to identify my purchase.
