Fake Commitments and No actions
Tazapay is doing fake responses/commitments here on Trustpilot, they are responding to negative reviews and are assuring that they will take actions but they are just fooling to the complainant by not taking actions. Tazapay has kept our two bank payments and disabled our email ids just one day before the settlement dates, we have written numerous mails to Tazapay in last two months which remained unattended till point of time and also we feel they have blocked our email ids.When we used Trustpilot for help, Tazapay responded and gave us fake hopes but its been a long there is no action taken which shows that they are a fraud company and are doing fake responses here on trustpilot and also they keep the merchant payment by blocking the merchant ids.This is our advice to every merchant that not to deal with Tazapay and if any of you are stuck in some frauds alike us go for the legal actions as if such fraud will get ignored it can become a issue of concern.

Tazapay is Fraud company who holds merchant payment without intimation
Tazapay is Fraud company & its our suggestion to every merchant that please dont take any payment from TAZAPAY gateway else after few month payment will be stuck & company will block your email id & wont give any response of your payment.
I want to highlight scam happen with us in which TAZAPAY deactivated our account Paramount Info soft in morning without any intimation & we have written many mails which always remained unattended.
One of our client make 2 bank payment whose confirmation was given to us by company RM Miss Smitha that both the payment has been received & settlement will be done on settlement date but our account was disable one day prior to settlement. After some time we received one follow mail that only one payment received which will be credited soon but account never get credited.
I request all merchant that please deal with only big company like PAYPAL & STRIPE who are very fair. Tazapay is fraud company & soon we are taking legal action as well as will file complaint against company in MAS -Singapore also.
