Can I give no stars?! Totally unprofessional. After I paid and completed my forms they offered notary services which I accepted went through the process and finally got all documents notarised only to get an error message after the notary session completed saying “there was an error with the notarisation. It’s been 3 days now and I still do not have my documents. It’s a total shame that you pay for services and cannot get the service delivered when needed.
