Jeremy, too good at his job
So I signed up online and it said I would get progress updates. Nothing happened for a week. I called up and got Jeremy. (Less than a minute hold at noon) He told me they were backed up and that he'd get it done right away. I gave him the apartment website credentials, he saw the move in date and reported it to the credit agency immediately. Absolutely outstanding service. Good sense of humor too. Thanks Jeremy!
