A roller coaster consumer experience
At first, I downloaded the trial version of Partition Master. However, the functionality was locked during execution, and a purchase window would appear if I wanted to continue. The purchase window prominently displayed the phrase "30-day money-back guarantee." Because many software companies like SurfShark and AOMEI do genuinely offer refunds, I had no reason to doubt it and believed it was part of the trial. I completed the purchase. After using the product, I realized that I didn't really need it. So, I requested a refund, but it was unexpectedly rejected. Despite my efforts over a week, I was still denied a return. Dealing with the dispute was somewhat troublesome. In the end, I compromised, and EASEUS refunded 80% of the amount while allowing me to keep the lifetime license for Partition Master. I hope that EASEUS can refrain from using deceptive wording to mislead consumers. This practice does not enhance their reputation. Although the customer service was friendly, many consumers are still frustrated with them.
