Not User Friendly and hard to get help
First, the initial set-up was very confusing for someone who is not at all "techie." In addition, when I finally got hold of someone from tech support, I was told that there was no way to test my phone while I was still in the US and that I would have to wait until I got to Ireland. My worst fears were realized in not having things worked out ahead of time because when I arrived in Ireland my phone would not send or receive calls or texts. I tried to reach tech support 5 different times, but just got placed on hold. Being with a large tour group, I did not have the time to wait on hold for a long time. So I went 5 days of my 10-day vacation without the use of a phone. Finally, by multiple attempts at various solutions on my own, I stumbled on typing the "00" before the 1+ when I dialed. The tech support agent I had spoken with before I left had told me to just make sure I dialed the 1+. Such a simple fix...sure wish I would have known. I would not recommend this card to others unless they were very tech savvy. It is not for someone like me who doesn't really understand how these things work, and the help is not readily available.
