Absolutely awful support!
Absolutely awful support! On my concrete question about the pricing I receive answer: "I don`t know" Do you have any other questions?". I repeated my question, asked "waite, I will get the answer" -> 30 mins delay ( simulating of activity) and then the chat was closed by the briliant support agent Arthur. And this is for a new users, how do they behave with their permanent clients who payed in a year ahead!? Nice, very nice work!
