I got in touch with Ivan to ask what could be done so I could update my scanner. He got in touch with me very quickly I asked him for help updating my scan tool, he got back to me with the update super fast and with a great price and even instructions for installing the codes which was extremely helpful, He's a great guy and he knows the equipment which to me if fantastic and I know 42 years in the automotive trade it's great to deal with a person who's concerned for your satisfaction.
