Horrible user experience / Slow System
Horrible user experience. For 3 hours straight I am trying to complete a simple task such as liquidating all positions and transferring them back to my bank account. Each click generates a loading time of 2 minutes until something happens. I have been logged out by "system errors" 30 times now. I converted currencies to my local currency and they appear as the right currency in the system but they still do not show up as withdrawable. Customer support is not a thing you will find on IBKR. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER, I am switching to literally anything else. I don't care that the switch cost me a lot of money. ----------------------------- Edit 2.6.26 - Thanks for your reply, the Link you provided ends up in a: "No URL was found for this address" This sums up the whole process of ibkr.
