I can't contact support in any way. I ordered a redmi note 12 turbo phone for $450 with shipping. after 1 day they send me an invoice that they sent me a Xiaomi 13c worth 158.31 dollars. I wrote to them in all possible places to close the order and refund my money. no answer and a day later I receive a tracking number of a shipment that I do not want very much at a low price that I did not pay! I opened a dispute with paypal, I hope they will help me to refund the money. i read a lot of bad comments about giztop.com about unfair practices. if they don't contact me soon to fix things, I plan to signal all possible institutions that can assist in solving the case.
