Rude service and questionable practices
Don't ever buy from them. Bought battery on shopee from them. Worst experience ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. Was contacted by Manjinder and was told to collect as battery was sent from warehouse to their office but as I wanted to order more, told him that I would collect when all the orders are in. He said fine but I would have to click on 'Received' first. I was like 'huh'. I haven't even collected the item and he wants me to click received and release payment to them. I told him no and he immediately called me and gave me some reason about the order affecting their rating. When I refused, he got extremely rude and said I didn't understand the shopee process. I told him to let me speak to the boss but he refused. I said fine and asked him to cancel my order as they are not interested in my business and customer satisfaction. He said the company is big and 'doesn't need to make 1 customer happy'. I told him I would lodge a complaint and he said 'go ahead'. So this is it. I went to shopee and straightaway cancelled my additional order. Also contacted shopee customer service and they told me not to click on 'Received' and they will help me cancel the order. A few minutes, later, he messaged me again saying I could still come by and collect by 15 Jul if I still wanted the battery. First he says I have to collect today or click 'Received' and now I can collect by 15th??? Do not trust this outfit.
