Delivery and helpdesk trouble
Ordered on 25/6, but after a couple of days the track and trace code still says "unknown number". Contacted the helpdesk on 29/6 who said they would reply via email. Today is 2/7 and no reply from the helpdesk, but an invitation in Chinese to submit a review. I hope the battery is of better quality than the service sofar.
