I don’t even want to give a star that’s how horrible this service was. I pre booked a mini van for both arrival and departure. When I got to the airport in PUJ I had to wait 1 hour for a van because “they sent a car”. Then on the day of departure same thing. The car was booked for 8am and 830 came and we still had no taxi. Everytime I called or texted I was told yes 1 minute or 2 minutes and still nobody. So I ended up having to pay a taxi from the hotel. Horrible service and I would never recommend to family and friends. And the ones that are booked with this service I will ask them to reconsider.
