Barely Used and Already Broken
I’m extremely disappointed with my HTVRONT heat press. I have only used this machine around 10 times, and it is already having a mechanical issue where it no longer properly clicks/locks back into place. The machine is only about two months past its 12-month warranty. What makes this even more frustrating is that I contacted HTVRONT months ago about a similar issue and never received a response or resolution. After providing the requested video showing the problem, I was told that because the warranty had expired, their solution was for me to purchase another machine with a $30 coupon. For a machine that has only been used around 10 times, that is incredibly disappointing. I’ve also noticed that negative feedback appears to be removed or does not remain visible, which makes me seriously question how representative the overwhelmingly positive reviews are. I can’t speak to whether positive reviews are incentivized or purchased, but based on my experience, I would not rely solely on the ratings when deciding whether to purchase from this company. A heat press should last significantly longer than approximately 10 uses. Between the premature failure, lack of response when I initially reported a similar problem, and the customer service experience, I cannot recommend HTVRONT based on my experience.
