CZGC (Kentfaith) never again
CZGC (Kentfaith) continued to ship the item despite the massive damage, after 7 days in Nachverpackungsstelle. Small parts of the tripod are might missing under these conditions. Deutsche Post informed CZGC about the poor condition of the package and informed them that parts obviously were missing. But Kentfaith told DHL that they should still deliver it. I contacted DHL, they advised me to decline. I refused to accept the package. Without any explanation. Be careful, you may get no refund and pay for transportation. Never again these bad habits of Kentfaith/CZGC
