Awesome
I booked my stay at the Radisson in Bangalore through BlackBook. As my travel plans changed in the last minute, I requested for the booking to be moved by 2 days. The team at BlackBook promptly helped me with that, mediated everything with the hotel on my behalf, and got me what I wanted, including putting in my request for a room on the higher floors. Thank you.
