I had purchased MS Office from Softwarepin in 2016. That laptop crashed and I called your support team to see if the software license was only good for that laptop or not. Unfortunately I needed to purchase a new license. The support team was very helpful and I purchase a new license from you. Installation and activation went smoothly.
