Well made products and good service. Delivery charge may be more than the product
Prices are fair, products are well made, ordering and paying are easy, and delivery was well managed. I was kept informed and knew when to expect delivery. Why 4, not 5 stars I included the collection of screws in my order - identified on the site as one purchaseDelivery identification showed 8 seperate screw sections with no explanation, as that particular item contained 8 pieces and was picked and identified separately. The more serious complaint is the delivery charge they are still charging £4 for purchases totalling under £45 so if you purchase Silicone Sock for Hotend £1.99 it costs £4 to deliver. My order was well over the £45 but would have to go elsewhere if under £45 Delivery price should reflect the price of the item being bought.
