Poor performance
The a-mail is free, but that comes at a cost. It is heavily laden with ads, which slows its performance. Additionally, it is vulnerable to phishing scams and Ads embedded in your inbox. The most frustrating issue is that it has on several occasions, suffered errors which prevent one from being able to logon. For all those reasons, I find this a poor option.
