Taxi didn’t bother to turn up.
Booked an Uber for pick up at 10.15pm. Had a confirmation email it was all booked and the name of the driver. At 10.05pm had a notification to say we had completed our trip even though we’d not even seen the taxi and it was before our collection time. I contacted Uber via the chat (no obvious category for taxi not turning up but managed to get through to someone) and they said they had refunded me straight away but said I had to rebook. This cost £4 more and meant we were waiting ages. When I complained they weren’t interested. Then the next day I have 3 different pending transactions for Uber when I should only have 1. So now I’ve got to contact them again. Very poor service.
