Bad experience when handling warranty
I bought a vacuum robot via gshopper on eBay. One year later the unit was defective and I raised a warranty claim. The shop was helpful at first, but after I sent in the charging dock for repair I am now waiting for two months for my dock or any reply over ebay or mail. Can not recommend.
