I ordered a full silicone baby doll for over $100. They sent me a plastic crap doll that I can purchase from the store for $30 and refuse to respond or take responsibility for scamming me and others. So reborndollsshop.com decided to reply to my review stating they were very sorry and they only want to keep their customers happy!!!??? VERY UNTRUE! They simply sent this reply to save face and try to look better about their garage company...when you are FINALLY ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE, they tell u that it's your job to pay to ship the items back, even though the item isn't even what I paid a lot of money for and if you do pay to ship it back they send you a gift coupon for $10 off your next purchase!!!! NO REFUND NOT EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND!!!! Total crap! DO NOT BUT FROM REBORNDOLLSSHOP.COM!!!! UPDATE: THEY FINALLY responded and offered help but told me that I had to pay to ship the piece of garbage doll back and they'd refund 10% of my money!!!! TOTAL BULL!!! Now my bank has all the information they need to see this is a scam and have reached out to them but they haven't responded like they did me and my bank is giving them 90 days!!!! I'm so angry with Chime now as well!!! I was told they had 30 days to respond and then I'd get my money back if they didn't but now I find out that Chime is giving them 90 days!!! That's ridiculous! They haven't responded in 30 and you clearly see they are scamming people but you are giving them extra long to get a response before u decide to refund my money!!??? I'm so angry with Chime bank now too!!!
