Not delivered, refuse to cancel subscription, stopped replying
Ivre e-mailed that the product was out for delivery. I followed up one week later and they replied the product was not actually sent due to internal delays. I e-mailed them to ask to cancel my monthly subscription and give me a refund. They stopped replying even though I said I would file a police report if they do not cancel the subscription and try to charge my credit card again. Their website does not have any option to cancel subscriptions and they no longer reply to e-mail or Whatsapp messages. Stay away! (EDIT: Ivre.sg is abusive. They post my personal information in the reply in violation of Singapore personal data protection laws. When Trustpilot deletes their replies, they repost the same reply again and again. Avoid!) The first three were deleted by Trustpilot for intentionally using personal information, and they have been reported to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission.)
