While I have not officially used the camera, yet I can say that the process to this point has been great. The price is way below most name brand cameras in the industry, the ordering process was great. The camera arrived timely with plenty of communication and upon arrival was found to be packaged very well and initial inspection of the unit appears to be very well made. Looking forward to finding out how well it is built so we can add this to our future purchases as well and maybe even a larger model would be great as this appears to be best for 2-3" lines.
