The app does not allow the required “device verification” to go through. I typed my phone number and the “next” button turns green but when I click on it the screen freezes and does nothing. The “request a call” link is also dead. And now I can’t redeem my points. They contacted me 2 days later and fixed the issue. Back to normal now.
