Avoid at All Costs
Avoid at All Costs! Terrible Company! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a scooter for my son less than a year ago, and it snapped in half during normal use. They advertise a 2-year warranty, but it feels completely pointless when you can't get any support. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, but I've received no response whatsoever. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that lacks customer service and stands behind their products. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
