Not upfront Company
Poor installation instructions for monitoring and no apps for the computer which claim to need them to monitor. No phone number to call for support issues. Rude email telling me I can’t get a full refund unless I meet their criteria then I send proof pics of issues and the tech support won’t answer to help. Overall very disappointed with this company. Seems like they are trying to make money off of a parent’s desire to keep their family safe.
