I was looking for a simple inexpensive SCORM wrapping tool. I used the chat to ask about their products and told them exactly that. They didn't try to upsell me anything more and directed me to the exact product that I needed, the iSpring Converter Pro 11. I appreciate the no-hassle sales experience.
