Semi-flexible with what choices?…
Online ticket with request for “window seat - facing each other - face forward”. Of the three requests, both of us facing backwards, one aside the other, and between windows. One thing is a “semi-flexible” fare, another is not being able to satisfy NOT ONE single request with prior booking. Choices should be real, and if not met a third more convenient fare should be an option for the passengers.
