Horrible company and poor product
Horrible company and poor product. Bought two of their robots one of them £1,000 both faulty upon delivery. Both don’t integrate with the app so what the app shows is not even close to where the ball lands. Often is shows going over and it lands in the net. I have given them videos of the fault and this is a brand new robot just got it two days ago and they refuse to honor the return and provide zero support or repair they expect me to find the fault and repair the fault on this brand new robot. They have no quality control, their support sucks and they are a scam company and do no allow a return if your brand new robot is faulty.
