I purchased MS Office 2024 for Mac. It would not load and activate for some reason; it was probably my computer, but the support was the worst, robotic answers, ONLY email support, no remote access, telephone, or live chat. I am in the UK, it was late, and they only answered every hour or so......Stupid answers, minimal repeated direction. 4 days of this with no outcome INFURIATING!!!! I had to threaten to elevate this to the bank. They refunded. If you require human empathetic service or support, you will only get a robot email - BE AWARE! *EDIT - Reply to StackSocial - Now you reply! After 3 mails without response!
