Horrible, theft, scam
Horrible, appalling experience. After spending over $300 and waiting several months for my order, the shipping company never knocked at the door or attempted delivery. OliveNorma has made me wait for several months while they verify this with the shipping company. Now instead of offering a refund, they're falsely saying that I provided incorrect shipping information and are proposing I pay for shipping to have the items sent to me again. Why would I agree to this when their shipping company doesn't even attempt delivery. Appalling and it's basically theft what they've done here, definitely won't be shopping with OliveNorma. Starting to think it's a scam to be honest.
