Disappointing Experience: Poor Management, Broken Promises, and Privacy Concerns
While Turito's teachers are genuinely excellent and clearly knowledgeable in their subjects, the overall experience as a client has been deeply disappointing. The relationship managers repeatedly failed to honour commitments made to us as paying clients. Promises were made and not kept, follow-ups were ignored, and the standard of client relationship management fell well below what was promised at sign-up. The platform dashboard is clunky and difficult to navigate. Despite feedback being provided on multiple occasions, no meaningful improvements were made during our time as a customer. To make matters worse, after requesting removal of our personal data from their database, we received no prompt or satisfactory response, which has led us to pursue the matter formally under applicable privacy legislation. There are now far stronger and more professional competitors operating in this space who actually deliver on their promises. We will not be returning to Turito and would not recommend this service to other families based on our experience. The teachers deserve better leadership around them. Until the operational and management failures are addressed, we cannot in good conscience recommend this platform.
