Best Customer Service anywhere
I read a lot of negative customer service reviews, but a ton of positive reviews of the Mini 3 pro that I went ahead and bought it. It was a promotional purchase and came with a one year warranty and extra long life battery for free. The second day I had it, was trying out the obstacle avoidance system, which is amazing by the way and works very well, a hawk came out of no where and attacked the drone. Other than my $1000 drone being destroyed, it was pretty cool to watch. Unfortunately I don’t have any video. I called DJI and expected to have to file a warranty claim but was told it should be covered under the 15 day return policy. They sent me a label and I shipped it back. One day after they received it, I received an email saying they were expediting a new drone to me which I received today. Couldn’t be happier with this support and service!
