Refund policy will cost you a lot
I purchased two dresses for my daughter’s wedding shower last fall. I bought two of the same dress because they had a return policy (unworn items get a full refund) and because I was right on the line of a M and L according to their size chart. Both dresses were ridiculously smaller than the size chart claimed. After way too many emails, I was told to package them, pay for postage to Shanghai, and send them back for a refund (minus the postage). I did package them, pay postage, and mail them back, but after months, the package came back to me, not accepted by the country. No refund. I own two dresses I can’t wear, and I’m out a bunch of money and wasted effort. Beware.
