Lack of website clarity
Number on website is a Chinese number - no one ever picks up. I did not know this was a Chinese company - I do not like the lack of information on the website and the lack of clarity of delivery ETAs. If I had known this was not based in UK - I would have not considered it an option and wasted time exploring in hopes Duntery was an option for me. Seems like you bribe your customers to leave you a good review too.
