Better than nothing but needs improvement
It does work better than importing through iTunes or my Windows photo app, BUT the software does not upload chronologically, transfer picture/video information, and erroneously flags your private content (camera roll) as copyrighted without giving you any opportunity to know which ones or contest it. Customer support was very kind but just kept apologizing and promising it would be fixed in the upgrade. I don’t know how difficult Apple is, but it seems like some of those things should have been addressed years ago. I appreciate having most of my content, but the way the upload goes makes kinda just a junk drawer of phone pictures. Users should be able to have more control in how it’s uploaded and organized without paining through the computer app batch by batch.
