Worst delivery service ever
Worst delivery service ever Needed item on time for work, but item had a status of "not found with driver, will investigate", then when I called Shopee to check, all they could do is they will leave a remark to logistics. And then Logistics has ZERO updates as well and there is no change to my status. Despite delivery date already passed. I had to delay my work twice, and I had a hard time explaining. Until I had it and raised a refund request, then suddenly magically item is "at delivery hub" again. So moral of the story is, raise return/refund order once you see item delayed. Then they'll start doing work. Mind you, I still haven't received my item yet. Return agent needs 5-7 working days to investigate, while logistics agents still haven't seen the "remarks" from the customer service. I don't even know if Shopee lost my item, or item was taken by Shopee deliverer or someone else. Or goodness knows what happened. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
