Exceptional Customer Service
I received my beautiful dress today but unfortunately I needed to exchange the size. I reached out via email and was answered immediately about my concern for sizing and the return. To my surprise I was offered a gift card for the purchase of the new size and I did not have to return the original dress. Such a pleasant and awesome customer service experience. Thank you Bella Barnett❤️
