I hate to say I've got to leave one star. I sent an order in for a mom. A dad and a puppy We're trying to find out if that was the parents to that puppy, and all I got in an email from you and in the mail was that the testing from mom and dad. Denied or failed. I emailed you back asking a question about what that meant and Trying to get an understanding of what i'm actually out to do but didn't get results and now trying to figure out what your results meant exactly so I will know how to proceed.
