Had a technical problem with one of their products. Tried contacting their technical department for three days and never had the phone answered l, a call back or chat. The chat told me they can't handle technical problems on chat. Don't use this Company. All about making $$$ but not supporting their products. After writing this review I was contacted by email. The problem was fixed. They were very helpful once they reached out.
