Plus4 arrived with z-offset problems…
Plus4 arrived with z-offset problems and belts out of alignment. Qidi has given me nothing but trouble so far in trying to get spare parts. So I escalated to replacement as the printer is sold as "10 minute setup for high precision printing out of the box" Emma has gaslit me about bad layers being good first layers and about belts supposed to be riding the flanges ... So I have escalated to a full refund and PayPal dispute. If you really think that Qidi has the right printer for you. Buy it From Amazon or somewhere where you will not have to deal with Qidi to get solutions or a refund. AVOID!! You have been warned. Edit: February 07/2026 They lie through their teeth and break laws without flinching. They never gave me a refund, I was left £630 out of pocket and with a useless hunk of junk. They do not care! AVOID!
