Service needs to be improved.
I bought 115 codm points, then I went to the support as they did not send me a confirmation email. 50 minutes later, they got back with an email but the Pin and Serial number part was empty. Luckily support responded 5 hours later, telling me there was a bug in their system. So they gave me the pin and serial number but it doesn't work for some reason.
