Would give 0 stars if I could! Spent lots of money on some items from this dreadful company… They claim the order got sent out then when we hadn’t received it, they said the items were damaged in transit and they would send them out again. Yet again, didn’t receive the items. Rang them plenty of times, to be put on hold then hung up on! The few times they did stay on the phone, they said they’ll look into it and ring back in a few hours but they never did. At one point someone said they would give a refund but then after we didn’t receive it for a week, we rang again to be told they’d already sent out more. Obvious lie. This went on for over a month so ended up getting a refund through PayPal. I don’t understand how they’re still trading! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
