Very disappointing customer service
I received the Hcalory D30+ / D40+ / D50+ 30/40/50L Car Refrigerator, but unfortunately it did not work straight out of the box. The display would not even turn on. I contacted the company and asked to exchange the faulty unit for a working one, but I have received no response. A product can of course be defective, but what matters is how the company handles the problem. So far, they haven't handled it at all. Very disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
